Return policy

This Return Policy sets out the complete return, exchange and refund rules for apparel orders purchased from KLOVWEAR, operated by Glenn Creek Retail LLC.

Eligibility Period

Customers may submit a return or exchange application within 30 calendar days counted from the date the parcel is marked as delivered by the logistics carrier. Return requests submitted beyond this time window will not be accepted under normal circumstances.

Eligible Return Conditions

Products to be returned must satisfy all the following requirements simultaneously:
Items remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and free of stains, odor or wear marks; original attached product tags, packaging and accessories are fully intact and not removed; the goods are not final sale, clearance or personalized customized items explicitly marked non-returnable at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale discounted clearance goods, customized personalized apparel, intimate apparel and damaged goods confirmed to be caused by improper customer use or laundering are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Operation Steps

Submit a return request via our website customer service channel or registered order email. Our support team will review your application and send authorized return instructions and designated return address to you within 2 business days. Do not send returned goods back without obtaining our official return authorization number, otherwise the returned parcel will not be processed for refund or exchange. Securely repack the items and ship them back to the assigned address, and send us the return tracking number once shipment is arranged.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If returns are caused by our side issues including wrong item delivery, size error, severe product quality defects or damaged goods in transit, we will cover the full return shipping expense. For customer-initiated voluntary returns including unsuitable size, unsatisfied style or accidental duplicate orders, the return shipping fee shall be undertaken by the customer, and original outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned goods fully comply with return requirements, we will initiate the corresponding refund to your original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the processing cycle of your payment issuer and bank institution. Partial refunds will be issued proportionally if partial items from one single order are returned.

Exchange Rules

If you wish to exchange items for different sizes, colors or alternative styles, you need to complete the full return application process first, and place a new separate order for the desired replacement merchandise simultaneously. We do not support direct one-to-one exchange shipment without full return inspection.

Partial Order Returns

You are allowed to return part of the items within one consolidated order. Only the payment amount corresponding to the returned qualified products will be refunded, and original shipping fees for the full order will not be refunded.
