Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all apparel orders placed on the official KLOVWEAR website operated by Glenn Creek Retail LLC.
Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services to all domestic states and territories within the United States. International shipping services are selectively available for eligible regions, and relevant international shipping charges, customs clearance fees and import duties shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard domestic shipping typically requires 3 to 7 business days for delivery after the order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery, with corresponding expedited freight charges displayed separately. Business days exclude weekends and official U.S. federal holidays. Order processing requires 1 to 2 business days for inventory checking, packaging and handover to logistics carriers before tracking numbers become active.
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on total order weight, delivery destination and selected shipping method. We occasionally launch free standard shipping promotional activities with clear activity rules posted on our website homepage. Any promotional shipping benefit cannot be combined with other stacking discounts unless explicitly stated.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel departs our warehouse, a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address automatically. You may enter this tracking number on our website or the official logistics carrier portal to view real-time delivery progress.
Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete, accurate and valid shipping address information including zip code and contact phone number. We are not liable for delivery failures, parcel loss or return costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid recipient addresses provided by customers. If the tracking information shows the parcel was marked as successfully delivered but you have not received the package, please contact local logistics carrier support first, then reach out to our customer service team for further assistance within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
Undeliverable Parcels
Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal to sign for delivery, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or invalid addresses will incur return logistics charges deducted from your total refund amount when applicable. Resending the returned parcel will require the customer to pay a new round of shipping fees.
